Situated on the exclusive Eastern Hill with beautiful views out over Little Manly, the harbour and the Sydney CBD, it is no more than a 2 minute walk to your choice of two secluded harbour beaches and a fabulous waterfront park. The property is on a lovely and quiet street yet just a stone's throw to all the delights that vibrant Manly has to offer.

This recently fully renovated, extra large one bedroom top floor apartment is one of a small block of four. It includes reverse cycle air-conditioning-heating and gas heating, polished floorboards, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Ilve gas appliances, Bosch dishwasher and double sink. There is a seperate 6 seat dining room with magnificent harbour views adjoining a large lounge room also with harbour views, a wrap around lounge, 42" plasma screen and full entertainment system that includes Platinum Package Foxtel (Cable TV), Broadband Internet, Media Centre PC, Sony Home Theatre System and DVD-CD player. In the bedroom there is a queen sized bed and a large built in wardrobe. In the bathroom sits a full size claw foot bathtub, there is unlimited on-street parking for one car (always plenty of spots), laundry with washing machine and a sunny, shared garden at the rear of the property.

It's a 10 minute stroll to Manly shops, restaurants, beaches and the Manly ferry and jetcat (15 minute trip to Circular Quay - Sydney CBD). Only 100 metres to either Little Manly Beach or Collins Flat (secluded beach accessible only on foot) and the Old Manly Gasworks park, complete with barbecue facilities situated right on the waterfront.
