Q. What kind of beach is Whale Beach? Is it a rock beach or is it a good swimming beach? Please describe the terrain to the beach that is walkable. Do you need to cross any roads?
A. It is a popular sandy swimming beach patrolled by lifeguards with a rockpool, well suited to children. You don't cross roads to get there from our house. Simply follow the footpath down the hill about 300m to the beach.
