Point Cartwright is located on the Point Cartwright peninsula near Buddina 100K north of Brisbane. The building is oceanside with incredible views and access to the water. My unit is house sized at 1900 square feet on the 12th floor. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully furnished kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining and living areas, and balconies on 3 sides. You can lie in bed and look out at the Ocean. The unit will sleep 5 people and is fully furnished, including linens. Unit 24 is fully tiled and includes: a TVDVD in the lounge, TV in the master bedroom. Many books to read and games. There are 2 telephones and an answering machine, extra large laundry room with tub, washer, and dryer. The unit is in great condition and very clean (like new). The building has a heated pool and barbecue area. There is a secure parking area under the building as well as an outside parking area for visitors. Anything to do with water is available. Hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, or just relaxing, is at your fingertips. No smoking or pets are the only restrictions. I have taken many pictures of the area and the unit and have posted them on the website. Take a look and decide if you want a really different and exciting vacation. The price is reasonable and I have reservations available. This time of year (Australian Fall) is one of the best weather wise. Although, the weather is mild all year. If you like water it does not get much better than this it really is a fantasy experience.

Mooloolaba Underwater World

The Australia Zoo (Bindi Irwin) is about 30 minutes south

Canoeingkayakingand fishing boats in the river;

Noosa National Park on the farthest point across the water;

Eumundi markets as well as other local markets;

Wind surfing in the Mooloolaba bay;

A great thing to see is the turtles surfing with the surfers at the end of the spit;

Yandi, the ginger factory;

Mount Coolum, great hiking;

Blackall Ranges which include the great towns of Montville and Maleny with lots of hiking, restaurants, arts and crafts;

Lots of world class golf courses(Greg Norman's Club Pelican), Twin Waters Golf Resort, and last but not least tennis.

Would like to rent to a professional or retired couple on a long term basis (3-12 months preferred) but we are negotiable. Rent is dependent on length of stay. Please enquire at costanza5mac.com
