holiday rental and corporate accommodation. You can use Rent-A-Home's online software
to provide your visitors with online availability and reservations through:

Your Property will feature on our large network of accommodation websites.
Reservations are subject to availability and your acceptance, so you don't need
to worry about allocations or double booking. You can accept or reject each reservation
request. For longer stays, visitors use the online Quote system so you quote the
best applicable rate for the length of stay and time of year, from which customers
make an online reservation.

Visitors - Online Experience
Each property receives an individual webpage with 10 photos, accommodation description, location map, bed configuration, property features checklist, tariff table, customer reviews and search engine optimised page.
Customers feel confident booking your property online with Rentahome.
Customers view your Accommodation Rates and Availability Calendars online. Our unique Tariff table allows property managers to display the seasons and applicable rates.
You can also include other Standard or Optional Charges such as parking, for guests to include on their bill at the time of booking.
Some longer stay customers may request a quote. Customers receive a preformatted Quote email and secure reservation form.
Using the Secure Reservation Form, customers can book your property subject to you accepting the Reservation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and EFT to our Trust Account.
When a booking is confirmed, customers receive an easy to read Booking Confirmation and Tax Invoice in PDF format showing the rates and costs included.
Portfolio Manager
Each property receives a unique webpage with up to 10 photos, property description, location street map, features and amenities, active availability calendar and customer reviews optimised for search engines.
You can update your property availability with our easy to use Calendar tools. The Availability Calendar can be displayed on your website as well appearing on our of accommodation website network. Customers can search by Availability and book securely online. Additional features include:

set the Maximum Lead Time (eg. bookings only 90 days in advance)
You can set Tariffs for different times of the year, seasons and durations of stay. This means you can cut down the number of email enquiries and start taking secure online bookings from customers.
Our secure online booking form gives customers peace of mind and instant ability to reserve your property subject to your reconfirmation and acceptance. Preformatted template emails and invoices save you time and deliver a professional service to customers.
You can use the booking tool to key in your own bookings that you receive directly.
Online credit card payments with Rent-A-Home’s Portfolio Manager will increase your bookings.
EasyPay service is available for real estate agents, serviced apartments and established Owner Managers (conditions apply). EasyPay allows customers to pay securely online with credit cards or EFT to our Trust Account. We nett settle to you each month with a corresponding detailed PDF statement. This saves you the hassle of sending invoices, billing worries and credit card merchant fees.
DirectPay is the non credit card alternative available for all properties, which enables the guests to pay the property manager directly.

About Rent A Home
Established in 1999, Rent-A-Home is a fully licensed and member of the Real Estate
Institute of New South Wales, operating Australia-wide.
We won the prestigious 2006 Telstra Business Award (Micro Category). We also offer
customers a Booking Service to help corporate and overseas visitors find the right
property.

We require properties right across Australia in metropolitan, coastal, rural and
regional areas, for short or long-term rental periods.
Properties must be well presented, in excellent condition, competitively priced
and fully furnished and self contained. The property must not be under construction
or for sale. Residential tenants are not permitted to list sublet properties.
